In fact, coffee may even boost longevity. Caffeine has benefits and risks. The recommended intake for teenagers is 100 mg, 1 or 2 cups of coffee, and or caffeinated sodas. High consumption of caffeine can induce anxiety, insomnia, addiction, and frequent urination. in order to drink caffeine safely, take moderate amounts and get enough sleep so you aren’t dependant on caffeine.
