Super Bowl LVI Predictions

The long-awaited Super Bowl LVI features a highly anticipated matchup that will cap off the 2021-2022 NFL season. The Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams will battle it out on February 13, 2022, to claim the national title.
The Bengals defeated the reigning AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs, while the Rams ended a six-game losing streak to the 49ers. These are two teams that have been built in two different ways. On one hand, the Rams traded draft picks to get established veterans like Matthew Stafford, Odell Beckham Jr., Von Miller, and Jalen Ramsey, while the Bengals drafted the majority of their talent, including Joe Burrow, Joe Mixon, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins.
While the Rams are the favorites, the Bengals have done more than enough to earn the right to be in their current position. Despite Burrow being the first quarterback to lead the league in sacks to reach the Super Bowl, the Bengals have a dangerous and diverse attack. With his feet, Burrow is able to gain time and extend plays. In Kansas City, Cincinnati’s offensive line had their finest game of the playoffs. Burrow had a few fantastic escapes, but he was only sacked once, and the squad rushed for 118 yards in the second half despite losing by double digits. Inside, the Rams’ 3-4 defensive end Aaron Donald will disrupt the game plan. He’s getting strong help upfront from nose tackle Greg Gaines and Super Bowl 50 MVP edge rusher Von Miller as he focuses on his domination. Immediately following the Rams’ NFC Championship win over the 49ers, Los Angeles entered the week as 4-point favorites in Super Bowl LVI over the Bengals.
Though the Rams will have lots of good plays and solid runs, I predict the Bengals winning this year’s Superbowl. On the other side of Super Bowl LVI, the halftime performance will showcase a musical artist, Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, and Eminem. The game will kick off at 6:30 PM EST at SoFi stadium.
