SnowRunner Review

SnowRunner is free to play on Xbox game pass and is semi-realistic when it comes to graphics and physics. It is the best off-road simulator out there at the moment!
When you first load up the game you get to drive down the main road in the Chevy CK500 to find your very first real truck, after arriving at the new truck you go on an adventure to find the first and only garage on the main map. Upon arrival at the garage you may find the first road truck, don’t try to use it offroad since it’s for the streets. Once you’re inside the garage you have to travel to Alaska to finish the intro.
If you choose to download mods and use them on the story mode savegame you can use the money cheat mod and enjoy the story mode and the mod vehicles all through the story with max upgrades and no limit on your spending. Most of the mods consist of the story mode vehicle but with better engine swaps, pretty much just everything is way better than they are in the story mode.
The missions consist of rebuilding bridges with steel and wood. Another one of the missions is delivering bricks, concrete pads, metal beams, wood, and consumables to different locations around the map. Now by far, the best missions are the ones with MASSIVE TRAILERS! These missions have whole rockets, like spaceships, big oil tanks, and mining modules.
There are different map locations you can travel to all through the story for purchases of different materials, trucks, and trailers. They also have bridges and platforms you have to build before you can unlock more parts of the map since you can’t take a 5-ton truck through a thick hilly forest.
Saber Entertainment has not yet hinted at a successor to SnowRunner yet so the game is obviously doing great, and overall SnowRunner is a very enjoyable game that you and your friends should play.
