Over the Winter holiday many gifts are given, so why not ask for some video games? Although the games on this list may not be brand new, as in released in 2022, these games are still very entertaining and somehow keep people playing years after their release.
War Thunder
War Thunder will take you back to the 40s all the way to the 90s. During the month of December, there are really good discounts on most premium vehicles. Typically each vehicle is around 55 to 60 dollars, but because of Christmas there are usually big discounts, hopefully, this year will have a 50 to 75% off sale.
GTA V
December in GTA V is one of the best times to play, there’s snow on the ground, major discounts on pretty much everything in the game, all sorts of Winter events, and there are even snowballs! Because of the snow, the ground is slick so slipping and sliding unintentionally is going to turn into skillful and proper drifts, with the combination of snow and slick tires drifting may be the only thing you do in GTA.
Fortnite
Every December in Fortnite there is an amazing Winter season, there are presents that you can open every day, new creative game modes, backpacks, gliders, contrails, weapon skins, and pickaxes all for discounted prices. Fortnite has one of the most nostalgic seasons since it has stayed the same every December but seems so different compared to the previous year.
Alien Isolation
Alien Isolation isn’t necessarily a Winter type game, something seems off about this game when it’s dark outside, snow is falling, late at night, you are all by yourself, and it’s very quiet. Alien Isolation will take you back to October with its scary Aliens and jumpscares.
Grounded
Grounded is set right in your backyard, you get shrunk small enough to be just as big as a bug, but big enough to be neutral with most of them. With the light mistings, heavy rain, and dew on the grass in the mornings, Grounded will take you back to Spring if you don’t enjoy Winter.
