Warriors Beat Ankeny Hawks in Astounding Fashion

As the 2022-23 season opens for the Warriors, they face the Ankeny Hawks. With an ecstatic crowd behind them, the warriors pummeled the hawks, beating them by almost 30 points. Omaha Bellew had a solid game, scoring 22 points and grabbing 13 rebounds for his first double-double of the season. Some other key contributors to the win over the hawks were junior Mason Costello, senior Vance Peiffer, and senior Cooper Randall. 

With this confident win behind them, the Warriors have several tough matchups ahead in the month of December. With matchups against tough teams like Dowling on December 9th, Urbandale on December 13th, and Centennial on December 16th. If this current roster stays healthy, we have the potential to go far into February.
