Iowans Protest Against Transgender Discrimination
On Thursday February 27th Iowans protested at the capitol against HF 583 and SF 418 which allows transgender Iowans to be discriminated against. These bills passed and were signed by Governor Kim Reynolds. Waukee students and alumni were among the protesters. These are some of the many signs that were held up in protest of these laws.
